I've listened to all four in the Teapot Series. Just to start, the voice work is outstanding, every character comes to life. The characters create their own inclusive family group from all sorts of sentient beings. Each adventure is more fun than the next, especially as you get to know the characters. I will add that I'm not in the LGBTQIA+ community, just an ally. Anyone who loves Douglas Adams, cosy sci-fi and believes in basic equality will adore these books. I will be trying to patiently wait for more in the series.

Charming characters, queer space adventure, and a perfect amount of silly. Very well voice-acted in a way that brings the characters to life. I love tea and it turns out I also love starships that look like teapots! Strongly recommended for anyone who enjoyed Becky Chambers, Douglas Adams, and Riley August!

Interesting characters and a fun story. Plus, the narration is excellent.

I read the ebook a couple of years ago, and really enjoyed it, so when the audiobook was released, I grabbed that.

The story is about a group of old ladies that meet every day in a café to do crafts. They're an interesting bunch, and when they find out there's a serial rapist in the area, they do what they need to do to keep the local community safe.

Kay Eluvian's narration is excellent as always. This one has a second narrator (Deryn Olver), and I wasn't sure how well it would work having two narrators. I needn't have worried, the narration flows between the two smoothly, and they both keep the heart and humour of the book.

I'm really enjoying the Vigilauntie Justice series. I would recommend at least reading All Tea, No Shade... before this one, as there are references to events in that book.

The topic of romance fraud is handled sensitively, as I'd expect from this author. There are some interesting twists, and a great ending.

I love this series, and when I love books I want audiobooks of them as well. I'm a rereader, and am very keen on doing that via audio. It's often very disappointing though, with awful accents and mispronunciations, but this audio was everything I wished for! I'm really looking forward to the rest of the series coming out in audio, and would be very happy to have the same narrator. I'm also agog for the next book in the series, and am about to read the rest of what is available in preparation.

I like all these ass kickin ladies and gents and of course The Dog is pretty awesome too. I love seeing more representation. It matters. I am thoroughly enjoying their world and look forward to more. In the meantime, I’ll be checking out the rest of your work soon!

I read the ebook a while ago. When the audiobook was published, I bought that too.

Knowing what was coming made it a different experience second time around, but it didn't diminish my enjoyment, just changed it.

The narration by Kay Eluvian was superb, as ever. Her Robert Llewellyn voice was spot on, and the Alan Rickman very good.

Overall, a really fun story with excellent narration in the audiobook.

I purchased the 3 audio book version. If it were a physical book, I would say I couldn’t put it down. Awesome cast of characters and great story line. Being a Cis white gay male, I appreciated the characters and the dialogue being inclusive and telling stories that align with my struggles for acceptance of who I am. More audio books please! Thank you!

I've read two of these books now and absolutely adore all the main characters 😍 I love the premise, it's wonderful. I was sucked in very quickly and am very excited to get on to the next one 😊

This was a nice short intro to some pivotal Devon Island characters. It was a fun read.

I love any book that deals with the characters from Devon's Island. Even grumpy Gurdeep and her sunshine wife.

Really, really enjoyed this. I bought this and the second of the series to read over Christmas week but accidentally thought I'd have a quick sneak read of a few pages. I devoured BOTH of them immediately! Could not put them down. Fun, with surprise murders; cosy, with interesting and unique characters and situations. Highly recommended. 6 stars out of 5!
